Fast-paced, hard-boiled, well-acted and tightly directed with a great moody THE HUSTLER-style music score by Elliot Lawrence. Ticker Welsh (MIKE BRADFORD) and Mickey Arnold (HARRY MILLARD) are stock car jockeys, former partners who "brake up" over a drunken accident that killed Ticker's old lady.
