Poor people should be helped by the president and the American government.
They should get a tax relief. That will be better for America. That's what president Barack Obama is trying to do. Not all people could afford to be rich and wealthy
because of education and certain job earnings.

@givethemahand Virtually every government has used the less fortunate as a vehicle to serve themselves. I agree with charity coming from anywhere, not just religious groups, but government "charity" has a real shitty record around the world and we are not gonna be the example seeing how greedy and corrupt our politicians are already. Fidel, Che, Stalin, Hitler, Saddam, the list goes on; all doing what was right for "The People". At least thats what they campained on.
