@Cuttlething Well, he is imitating child's speech all the time. Title says "Uncle Oleg and No-No" (No-No is a proper name). In this case child's speech is based on the alliteration.

To speak short, he names himself, names his watch, introduces a little pony, and prepares a bath for her :) Pony wants to take a bath, but the water is hot. Guy warns a pony. The fun is that he confuses words. He should say Nu nu nu No-No! Instead, he says No no no Nu-nu. Nu is a word used in many cases :)
