@Shonem many people who start fights in the street (and he does say this is for street) stand square on and have shit balance. Especially when drunk.

@useless241 They aren't allowed in Judo, but they are in catch wrestling and Sambo. Paulson, an expert in all of these arts, is just showing how to combine the different moves for MMA.

i just realised that this is the move i got hit with on the mat, im 55kg, my opponent 83kg. in 3 seconds i went from standing to literally flying away and hitting my head on the side of the dojo, and that time was including his run up and me flying away and realising what happened.
from first hand experience this is effective.
