UN Climate Chief Calls for 'Ambitious Commitments' in Copenhagen

At the start of two weeks of global talks on climate change and measures to fight man-made global warming, UN climate chief Yvo de Boer tells a press conference that he wants to 'ambitious measures' from the countries that will negotiate at the COP15 meeting in Copenhagen.

The meeting opens on Monday. Thousands of participants and observers hope to reach a deal to combat global warming. Initial expectations have been scaled back, but pressure remains for a substantive political agreement. US President Barack Obama has said he will take part in the negotiations on Friday the 19th of December.

Why limit yourself to taxing factories and automobilies that are spewing out carbon dioxide en masse into the atmosphere when there are so many pesky human beings around senselessly breathing carbon dioxide out into the atmosphere?

Cap and Trade is quite simply part of an attempt by elite supranational regulatory bodies to Tax your ability to breathe out carbon dioxide, and determind how many people can be born in each country. It is depopulation policy of figures like Prince Philip.
