  • very easy to do and if you can't sleep at night think through the movments and do the breathing and you soon drop off

  • @LANN98 keep doing it. Do not be afraid that something might happen to you. It is Just the chi that eventually will unblock the stagnant chi in your stomach meridian. Those exercises are absolutely safe.

  • i do not feel this tingling in my palms. instead, my esophagus seizes up and my chest throbs with pain. is seems that something in my chest is blocking my chi. could you help me?
