  • That was beautiful. I'm amazed at how well you play the violin. It's a difficult instrument to play and yet you create such beautiful music. Thank you for sharing with us.

  • But, sorry: what is your full name? We want to follow your career...

  • Congratulation! You're fantastic, and your sound always perfectly controlled. BRAVO, the pianist, too!

  • that is the most beautiful, and graceful piano I have ever heard

  • You're a fantastic violinplayer, you give me goosebumps. ;-)

  • Sublime interpretation. The violin sound full of power, beauty, warmth and the same time simplicity. The sense of phrasing is superb. This is really amazing!!! And the pianist is simply a wonderful musician!!!

  • This piece is so sublimely Russian! It reminds me in parts of the beautiful Russian romance "Ya vstretil vas", although none of the melodic lines are the same. This is truly one of Tchaikovsky's most beautifiul works!! It was Intended originally as the second movement of his Violin Concerto. But I think there, as the least prominent movement, it would have diminished Meditation's beauty and pathos. Here as the main movement to SdLC, it stands supreme. A good decision, Petya!

  • Prekrasno - pravda! Bravo, both!! A perfect partnership. I particularly like the stage discipline of the young violinist - he stays still at the beginning till it's time for him to play. And, he plays beautifully - virtuosity in the making. Well done, Mal'chik! Thanks for this video!

  • I like your playing! what profound sound you are playing with!! i wonder whom you have studied with.

  • very well played. touching, good contrast with piano, great dynamics, you felt the piece, i loved the way you play it.
