@oldsgtmajusmc you can try to use this move to crawl away from your enemies :), but do it really fast. it might take a lot o practice. ;)

@oldsgtmajusmc it's an exercise to make you strong overall. it's not a self-defense. maybe it can help you better defend yourself if you are strong enough to do the move.

its not big muscle,it's good mechanics, very relaxed, and lots of practice.

he is puting his legs on the flour that isn't right

you are right. But he don't put his legs on the flour. He speaks about it in this clip and he explains that his clothe is on the flour, but not his legs.
