Thao & Mirah Perform "Body" and "NOLA" for Dear New Orleans Listening Party 8/17/10

Thao (of Thao and the Get Down Stay Down) and Mirah, recently helped ATC celebrate the release of Dear New Orleans, a digital music benefit compilation for the people of the Gulf. The Dear New Orleans album is available here: www.dearno.la
The compilation marks the five-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina -- and in response to the Gulf Oil Disaster also deeply affecting the region. Air Traffic Control (a nonprofit resource for activist and philanthropic musicians) has produced Dear New Orleans. Thao and Mirah each have a song on the compilation.
