Axl did hit Erin, motly because at that time he was jacked up on drugs and booze and being a schidzo on drugs is NOT a good thing. However, he was clean when he was with Stephanie and doin thereapy. He was a completely different person... the woman brought men into his home and his bed and did cocaine in front of her 2 year old boy. Axl was madly in love with both. Their breakup spawned a HUGE depression on him and that was a very important factor in the breakup of the band. Whore.

@klairet56 - Well, Erin Every, who he wrote "Sweet Child of Mine" for, said he beat *her,* too. She sued him and it was settled out of court. Something you typically don't do if you're innocent.
