In week 17 you need to look at the playoff implications. Tampa Bay needs to win and have Dallas lose to Philadelphia to make the post season. Oakland was able to exploit a weak Houston defense that has been just awful on the road all season. Now the Silver and Black must travel cross-country to close out the season at Tampa Bay. Raiders games have gone 6-1-1 to the under in their past 8 games. Tampa Bay is not an explosive offense as Jeff Garcia dinks and dunks which leads to long drives and eats clocks. On the Oakland side I dont think JaMarcus Russell will have success going vertical against the Buc defense so I look for Oakland to try and run on this Tampa defense. On obivious passing downs on the road Oakland will find it difficult to move the chains. Oakland will struggle for points here. Take Tampa Bay and Oakland under 39.
