MV's Favorite VGM #16 - Chapel of Dissonance

Harmony of Dissonance was lambasted for its NES-quality synth (which was a fair complaint considering the sound quality of CotM before it), but it definitely gave the game a certain charm, and this particular track really stood out for me.

i think that the quality of all the track of castlevania HoD was intended in that way because is truly an harmony of dissonance

If you listen closely enough you can hear a part of Richter's theme in this, that's the part I like about it the most. =D

If you want real good Nes Castlevania musics, look for Wicked Child, Heart of Fire, Beginning, Aquarius, Within castle walls, and, overall, Bloody Tears.

Harmony of Dissonance was a fun game, but the music wasn't so hot.

This one was one of the better tracks, but that's not saying much.
