Made for my friend John, whose neck hurts from a bicycling accident. This is Michael Miller attempting to show how his trademark image commonly called Cornu helps find the sensation of tension between the axis of the shoulders and the axis of the ears. By engaging Cornu tension you not only get the sensation of alignment but the necessary consequence of decompression of the vertebrae. Hence, finding a natural alignment in gravity that might help your neck out of pain. So John, experiment with listening to the sensation by the tension you create to find alignment.
