call center is a hellish realm where you have to deal with the worst of people. i work in collections so im sure most of you are familiar with the perpetual suffering of waking up and going to a callcenter to deal with stupid people.

Let me tell you, life in a call centre is HELL. you're like chained to the phones with your headset and you can't even get up to piss without permission. Everything is timed so you can't just sit there between calls either. Ugh...

customers are not stupid they want to know some thing coz they have issue that's why they are calling us we are like doctors i believe you don't like the job i have 5years call center experience and i love my job all you have to do is find another job if you don't like it give the customer a good solution he will thank you

i worked for more than 2 years in a call center, it sucked ass, and the pay sucks

I worked at a call centre for three month It almost killed me ...during the interview they asked me if I get sick often so if you want to work in a call center never get sick be a superman/woman .I felt alive and free when i resigned. I learned a lot , met great people and evil ones , worked weekends , nightshift and I almost threw my supervisor out of the window several times. I spend my time talking to crazy people on the phone....people really sound insane on the phone ...

I too work at a call center as a sales consultant. I dread every morning i have to wake up for work. though the plus side is the pay is good and the co workers are awesome. but the job itself is hell! theres just too much pressure to makes sales and meet the target, 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Then theres talking to people non stop! im going to find another job and ill never ever work at call center again.

i hope for the day to come na tayo namang mga pilipino yung tatawag. we're always in the service of other nations. nacucurtail ng call center industry yung desire ng mga bagong generations to aim for higher aspirations.
