What phone are you looking at from experience I hate that phone with a passion I hate it the software is shit to the bone it sucks hard I scratched it in a day I have to hit the screen to click on something a word of advice throw that phone in the trash now

@852639 for music yes, for calling no. This is normal for android. I use a pair of Sony ear buds for music.

I have one of these and I love it except the speakerphone is really quiet. Is your volume also really quiet when you put it on speaker during a call?

@ncscons No I find this fine, make sure you have your speaker volume turned up. When on call press the volume up button on the side.

@blademan916 yes just double click the screen or use the zoom buttons that are at the bottom of the screen.
