Shiho-chan cooking しゃぶしゃぶ鍋(Shabu-shabu nabe) at 東京和食(Japanese cuisine in Tokyo) DEN Rokuen-Tei, a kind of stilish and expensive 居酒屋(Izakaya) restaurant in Shibuya. The words "Shabu-Shabu" are intended to be the onomatopoeia sound for the movement of the meat piece inside the pot. @ivy99 Yeah that is lettuce. First off, the title on the video "cue-card" read as "iceberg" at 1:07 and if you look close you can see how thin and shiny the vegetable is and how fast it wilts when she puts it in the nabe.

Also I thought it was a cabbage,because normally we use a cabbage for Shabu-shabu!

But surely it was a lettuce we ate at that restaurant! This restaurant is in Shibuya and they have a modern style for foods,maybe that's why they served not a cabbage but a lettuce for it!
