Lara/Samus plays Ending theme from Metroid on violin ZERO SUIT

Hi guys!! Here I am playing the Ending Theme from Metroid dressed as Samus in a zero suit! I love a lot of Metroid's music, but for some reason I really like this one. I really enjoy the other more atmospheric pieces too. As usual, there are no sheets, this was done by ear to the 'orchestral' backing. There might be more Metroid coming...

In case anyone is interested, the costume is a blue 'zentai' suit from ebay, and I drew the lines on with a marker!

I swear to god, when I went through highschool there wasn't a single fucking girl in my entire class who would EVER even pick up a controller, let alone understand why video games mean so much to me. I feel cheated having grown up in Ohio and gone through school the year I did, while my sister got to go through school full of people just like me.  A funny part is, too, that since it was the 90s the schools got computers ALWAYS for the class just after mine, so mine never had computers in class.

@AlluMan96 Lol, yeah dude that's what I've heard about Zero Mission from my friends who've played it. Only reason I haven't played it yet is mainly because I've been trying to catch up on the Metroid games that I still haven't played - right now I still need to play MP3 and Fusion, then I'll probably hit up Zero Mission.

@AlluMan96 Ah ok, man that kinda sucks and I was just kiddin with you guys btw, I know not everywhere is video game central. :P And actually, you got me with Zero Mission - that's one of the few I haven't played; I have it but just haven't ever gotten around to playing it. I definitely think I'd like it better than Metroid since from what I understand it actually has a map. Need to get around to it and see how it compares overall.

I grew up in a magical place of being behind the times called... Finland. In fact back here before the Ps1 everyone just rented consoles and games for a week without actually bying them because before the Euro we were broke.

Comment on the note: I actually think Zero mission might trump Super metroid but thats because I'm not a 90's kid. Sure I grew up in 1996 but I was sentient around 2000 so my perspective is different to alot of people. Only problem: too short!

@AlluMan96 Lol, where the heck did you guys grow up? :P Man I used to get teased for NOT having a NES back in kindergarten - 2nd grade since it came out when I was in KI and I was soooo happy when I finally got one in 3rd grade. :) And I've been hooked ever since.

On another note, I agree about Super Metroid, still my favorite in the series after playing nearly all the other Metroids. NES Metroid brings back too many memories of countless hours drawing maps. :P
