In this third of three part interview, Stephen Garvey FDA executive director interviews Audrey Macklin, Professor of Law at the University of Toronto, on Omar Khadr's ordeal since being captured in 2002 by the United States Army in Afghanistan.

Professor Macklin sheds light on why the Canadian government under the Liberals and now the Conservatives failed to secure Omar Khadr's release from Guantanamo Bay. Also, Professor Macklin explains why Omar's ordeal impacts all Canadians.
