1yr old T6 para here mate. Great video thank you for taking the time to do it.

Learning to dress was one of the first things i learnt in rehab .... I live in a hot climate so I basically live in loose shorts (commando) hehehe.

I sleep on an 11 inch memory foam mattress and never had any problems. I sleep like an angel.

you remind me of myself and the way i just went for the world (in 1984) and didn't stop. Dressing in ur chair, which you may do be now, saves so much time. I saw your shower transfer. Great job! As I got older and yrs behind me, I found that transferring mu butt first made this really fast and safer, balance wise. I am a T-12. Great to meet you via UTube FastEddy!
