This quatrain points out to Barack Obama, obviously, and economic downturn from Bush Administration and the Aryan Nation will probably make a plot to kill Obama. Anyway, back to the point, Council on Foreign relations have the 2nd group which it is in Europe as well as it called Europe Council on Foreign Relations. So therefore, it shows that United States Government plans on to unite Canada and Mexico to become North America Union and to add the North America Free Trade Agreement that sets a big highway in the Midwest to bring supplies from Canada to Mexico as well. The money will change from Federal Reserve to Amerco. Its the same concept to Euros in Europe. That becomes one nation for North America Union. Europe Union already set up and tries to connect to eastern part which Council on Foreign Relations try to take part of One World Government Domination. It is interesting plan and it will happen eventually soon in within four to eight years. There is another Nostradamus Prophecy It talks about Mabus Who is Mabus? It is Raymond Mabus Junior that may take over the Treasury post in Obamas administration. If it really happens, we will be in huge war against Iran which that becomes World War Three.
