I say when a nation needs help we charge them money for the medical aid and rebuilding efforts. Why? You don't see turkey dinners being handed out at the free samples table in Giant! You see a person handing out half filled Dixie cups of Cheerios. We shouldn't donate these massive quantities of supplies and help for free! Yes, give them a certain amount of support. Emergence medical rooms, food, and drinking water. But if that country wants the best care they pay up.
