Using Photoshop CS5
Once I hit ''Color Burn'' (last step), the holes I initially made into the parchment paper don't apply to my picture. So I can still see my picture through those holes.
Any thoughts?

please im desperate i cant seem to find any action like textures in my photoshop. i believe mine is portable edition wich i downloaded from mininova. pls i just want to know how do i find actions such as textures.

@ghostgirl969 I ran into the same issue as I was just testing this out for a project. You need a background layer of flat white to avoid seeing anything in the holes, or outside the edges of the map.
So you should have the following layers:
(Bottom ---> Top)
White Background---->Parchment Map Base----->Actual Map Graphic
That'll sort it out for you, have fun! :)
