It looks identical with another world famous model.... but this GW Xieda 9958 is much more affordable!
For those who knows a bit of RC Helicopter history, you may recognize this Helicopter, it looks the same in every way, no matter the Heli frame... transmitter... all looks the same. But, they are not. This model is made from a factory called "Great Wall", model name is Xieda 9958, we flew this baby and the performance is ABSOLUTLY fantastic! This factory has really done a good job of what they were doing, I wouldn't say "100% Copy", but it definitely have the "essence" of the target. This baby was built for beginners who has CO-Axial Helicopter experience before, all the Landing Skids, Main Blades, Flybar.... they are all Elastic Material, it just "won't" die, also the light weight is a crucial factor, when it fall 6 feet from mid air, it just bounce on the floor and keeps getting up, it's amazing! For the price,it's not some 3-Channel toy stuff, it's a serious 2.4Ghz 4-Channel Remote Control Helicopter, which means you can fly it in the backward or the Park (Zero Wind Condition), just remember to shut down throttle stick when you're about the crash, this baby will survive for a long time.

Have you had to replace any parts? I'm thinking about buying one but im concerned about it being difficult to find replacement parts. Although it's tough, you'll have to replace something eventually. Buying the mSR may be worth the money just to have access to e-flite's plethora of easily accessible parts. Happy flying!!

This is the perfect heli to learn proper MODE 2 heli controls without having to spend a fortune. This is very important because when moving up to 6 ch helis you will not have to relearn much. This heli is also very durable and doesn't have any adjustments needed on the heli itself as it uses fixed length ball links. It's pretty much almost guaranteed to hover by itself indoors. It's also very low cost too so in the rare event that it breaks just buy a brand new one.
