Schools Rules - People Behaving Badly

Washington elementary school in Point Richmond California sent out a booklet instructing parents how to pick up and drop off students, however, no one actually read the booklet.

The same damn thing happens at the middle school in our district, which at the wrong time, can cause delays to the buses.

At my elementary school, the only thing that seems to stop parents from driving like major lunatics is to have THE KIDS OF THE SCHOOL DO SAFETY PATROL operated solely by the kids. There are "NO U TURN" clearly posted on the road, but people make U TURN on the beginnings of other streets and turn back around. Start a school Safety Patrol operated by students and see what happens.
