Breathe in. Breathe out. Be mindful of your pulse slowing down as you gradually attain a sense of calm with every breath. In this soundscape, I've simulated a back/neck massage with binaural whispers and other sounds to help you achieve ASMR tingles and deep relaxation. The setting involves rain again, this time from the perspective of two people sharing time together in a darkened room, looking out at a rainstorm.
