@MrSycoss he is only doing body weight exercises, as he told few times. this kind of training is much more effective, as you get a very strong core and functional muscles, which you let do more difficult exercises the higher level you get.

@MrSycoss: First off, you can't see his leg muscles. One way to tell whether or not someone lifts is by their legs. If they have huge quads, they squat, deadlift, power clean, etc. You can't get bodybuilder legs just by playing on the playground.
With that being said, if you train all day with purely body weight, it's not impossible you'd obtain a physique like this, especially if you're genetically gifted to gain more muscle mass.
