There's actually an older video taken from the late 1990s of four guys doing the same thing but going even farther! It was filmed near a place called Parry Sound and although there was no soundtrack their adventure video is the better of these two. I like em both but the Parry Sound one kicks ass!

It wouldnt have to be full speed, The speed depends on Wide skins for the skis, gross weight and and paddles, I have a 650 rmk, with 11/2 inch paddle with skins and I go across lakes
