I just spray them with oil and put a garlic powder with seasoning salt blend on them. Cook for an hour at 400 degrees and dig in.

Hi christian

Love chicken leg quarters. But I don't use flour; Flour, to me, makes the skin of the chicken very soggy... I use brown sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bake it in a 400 degree oven for an hour. Pretty simple. :)

@FunnyChloeMichelle Since chickens don't produce milk,I don't think it will be a big deal. But you could probably use margarine or oil.

Chicken quarters are sooo easy to make its cool.. I don't know how to cook for crap but I just put some squeezed limes on it with pepper and some garlic salt and left the lime rhines in it.. Set the oven to 325-350 and left it for 1 1/2 hrs (I wanted to make sure they were done for my 1st time) and came out perfect. I was amazed that I made something tasty (this is from a 26 year old bacholer that doesn't know how to cook )
