  • it looks really yummy.. ive never known ppl 2 add feta cheese though. what part of greece was ur great granny frm? oh and also, it would help if u told us what the 'greek seasoning' had in it too :p lol we dnt get it here in the uk !

  • @GreekBiaaatch - My people don't add feta either - I just decided to give it a try... It worked... The seasoning is made up of - coarse salt, garlic, lemon, black pepper, oregano, and marjoram...

  • This is really close to the recipe my great grandmother used to make and she was straight off the boat... I'm sure there are other ways to make them and I challenge you to put up a video...

  • cool :) thanx ! can i suggest adding a pinch of cinamon and also some freshly chopped parsley.. it does wonders :) ive also known ppl 2 add cummin, which tastes amazing when i make 'soutzoukakia' .. but i guess its a slightly different flavour. never made keftedes.. gona try it!
