cool :) thanx ! can i suggest adding a pinch of cinamon and also some freshly chopped parsley.. it does wonders :) ive also known ppl 2 add cummin, which tastes amazing when i make 'soutzoukakia' .. but i guess its a slightly different flavour. never made keftedes.. gona try it!

it looks really yummy.. ive never known ppl 2 add feta cheese though. what part of greece was ur great granny frm? oh and also, it would help if u told us what the 'greek seasoning' had in it too :p lol we dnt get it here in the uk !

@GreekBiaaatch - My people don't add feta either - I just decided to give it a try... It worked... The seasoning is made up of - coarse salt, garlic, lemon, black pepper, oregano, and marjoram...

This is really close to the recipe my great grandmother used to make and she was straight off the boat... I'm sure there are other ways to make them and I challenge you to put up a video...
