The reason Safari Disco Club's translation makes no sense is because she's writing about experiences on drugs.

Sure, it's strange, but it's about drugs, so it's supposed to be weird.

I'd call her more of a French Madonna. And she doesn't use auto-tune either, her voice is being mixed by Tepr; That's why the genre is called "electronic."

Her lyrics are not nonsense , they're just metaphoric. This singer is not the equivalent of Kesha or Nicki Minaj in France. Yelle makes some synthpop music , and not some rap. You don't even know anything about her.
