...to look at a thing in the mirror means to inquire it, trying to gather it through various aspects.
A same element can seem either in its male appearance, vigorous and passionate, or in the female one, growing and life-giving. There are aspects and details that can be felt only through a different perspective of research and through the reversal of the considered elements. Everything which exists cant be rejected, but transformed in a progressive way, either extended or reduced, and always preserving the identity of each elements.
Space and time are nothing but two sides of the same coin and what separates them is the boundary in which action is sovereign. The boundary of space and time, where the elements meet, is the spot in which man has the power to choose what will become matter of the world that he gets ready to build.
The Concerto Per Tre Chitarre e Orchestra was commissioned by XIII Festival Chitarristico Internazionale del Friuli Venezia Giulia.
