I successfully REMOVED QUALITY.

I actually compressed the video file and the sound of it to the max before i used the shitty nokia 1999 something phone to record it

I converted it from and to several different formats, then gave up on that plan and reduced the video bitrate to 32kbps and the sound to 8 kbps
