Pat who has a high vegan raw lifestyle and has been doing mostly raw has not had to much success in dealing with her high blood pressure. She shares with Arnold that as soon as she started a 5 day juicing program she stopped taking her medication and her blood pressure normalize after 25 years

  • You don't have to go vegan. Eating paleo cured me of hypertension and all that went with the metabolic syndrome.

  • if you dont fix the sleep apnea ..your heart has to work harder and eventualy your heart will get damage it take a few years....and your growth hormones will be below level and you cannot lose weight when you have sleep apnea ..if your brain doesnot get enough oxygen  ps. send me your email to my chanel inbox and i will explain to you better if you like . sleep apnea is very serious causes high blood pressure low growth hormone and damages your heart slowly over time !

  • I just am overwhelmed with your kindness. I have REALLY noticed a difference in how I feel and my pain levels are almost gone and I'm walking each day, eating better and feeling better. Even my son said he's proud of his old man for FINALLY getting off my butt and DOING something about my health issues. I am so appreciative for your knowledge. Blessings.

  • @raccoon5wild Thanks again for your knowledge. I have amino acids here. Got the Alpha Liopic acid the other day. I use nutritional yeast for b12 but I am not against some organic lean meat for my iron intake. And I've become hip to filtered water. I do have sleep apnea but my son told me he's noticed a difference in my sleep breathing the last week and a half. He comes home after I'm sleep and he said it seems to be getting better but I need to lose more weight. I'm working on it. THANK YOU!

    ps. if you have sleep apnea ,,,,,fix it ! or you will have high blood pressure..sleeping is very important .

  • @mondezdurden .....also you need to drink at least 2 or 3 litres of filter water a day....and best is water with fresh lime or lemon to keep liver clean and kidneys .....eat only a small piece of of lamb of meet or organic beef or liver for enrgy and b-12 and iron....and amino acids...vegeterians are week ..so need still eat a little meat . drink ginger tea is vey good for kidneys. and lots of filter non clorinated water.

  • @raccoon5wild Thanks so much for the advice! You're awesome! I'm going today to buy some Alpha Liopic acid. I'm vegan now so no meat at all. And no prepackaged foods or sodas. I do eat home popped corn w/ nutritional yeast some times. Trying to eat a full range of veggies but not too much fruit to control glucose spikes. I stop using salt weeks ago and my blood pressure actually normalized! 120/80! My resting heart rate is 65 which was impossible 2 months ago. I've even began to lose weight!

  • alpha liopic acid 900 mg a day best supplement for the liver and 3000 mg. of vitamin C , no soft drinks , no juck food and your diet must be close to vegeterian ,,, eat only 20% meet ... no salt , no chinese food.....protein is very hard on your kidneys ....... kidneys control your high blood pressure ...love your kidneys .
