i love theese young fast skaters.. like afinogenov, ovechkin, nash. they got a new faster way to skate then players before. you all can se on theese young players that they go more like sideways then old players, its it maybe becouse the the young playrs practise more in the gym??

Better training, better equipment and nutrituon has alot to do with how fast the players are these days then say 30 yrs ago.
