I have selected the third one down. I sleep from 2:00-6:30 AM, and have two 20 minute naps at 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, giving a total of 5 hours 10 minutes sleep a day.
I plan to make more videos (next time, in focus) to document how well this sleep pattern works.
@TheSweetestVegan You have to have a fairly open schedule to do it right. The first week or so you'll be very tired. I never properly got into it, but I imagine if it works it'd give you a lot of extra time.
