Here's how to play the full 50-something minutes of this video: press play for a second or two, then pause it, select 480p or higher on the right hand side, press play again, drag the time cursor circle to a few second before the end, then hit play. It will play all the way to the listed "19:22" minutes, and then will keep playing even though the cursor just stays stuck at the end. Not sure if the introductory plays and pauses make a difference, but it worked for me!
