Every single human cell contains chromosomes which identify whether we are male or female. That cannot be changed. It is a given. Genetics have nothing to do with being trans, its all hormones. See before birth the brain got introduced to estrogen more rather than testostrone. Its for this reseason that she thinks female. She might have been born male externally, but is female internally. Its all very cool science and its proven :)

From what you say, you dont know what you're talking about. You are not her so you obviously dont know what its like to be trans. @louisevale2 - Well, how sad, how horrible, how can this family be so unloving, etc. "She" was born a man. "She' never was a woman. " "She' needs psychological therapy, not fake breast implants and hormone treatment to "become a woman." Get a genetic test done. I bet "her" genetic profile is entirely male. But "she" won't of course.

She never really was a man, she just tried to behave like one and suppressed her true self because society incorrectly designated her as a man when she was born.

When will people learn that there is more to being a man or a woman, than a penis and a vagina.
