I was inspired to change this to be a challenge of your choosing due to the vid responses giving me what your "stretch goals" would be.

Please set yourself a stretch goal: A goal that is achievable, but will force you to step up your game over the next few weeks.

Here are my expectations:
1. Post a video response to my Sunday updates over the next four weeks talking about your progress and the things you have done to push yourself.
2. Watch everyone who is participating's videos
3. Support each other.

I am hoping to bring a bunch of us closer together and hopefully develop some friendships and support along the way!!

  • in Romania we do not have circus, but this man is reminding me of a clown who cannot remove all makeup from face.

  • so i sat here thinking um i cant do this challenge cause i dont have too many days left.. then i decided I WILL START TODAY! haha my 28 days starts today! stretch-ness :)

    My goal is 10lbs by july 17th I will try to lose at least 1-2 lbs by June 21st even though its in 2 days hehe but yeah I was watching all the vids and they inspired me for sure so IM in But mine will just be starting the 19th of june WOOP! i cant wait to see how everyone did! Ok! Im rambling! :)

  • Well, it looks like I only have a week, the youtube weight loss system is totally new to me. I am planning to lose 2 pounds this week. That would be a great start for me!

  • I hear tea is also very good for weight loss. Like green tea and black tea. Really helps you loose weight. I used to drink a lot more tea back in the day well not so back lol but yes it does help loose weight!

  • Im still in greg but in a one week hiatus due that im currently on vacation but i will try to do a response video this week if not for sure on sunday when i weight in i will make another response video..Im going to stick to 10lbs just because i dont want to over work myself right i need to get back into my regular eating habit and then see if i can stretch out more if not im in for those 10lbs max would be try to hit 250lbs which would mean a 12lb lose...
