Do you have Chick-Fil-a in your area? The spicy cool chicken wraps are awesome. I don't do Weight Watchers, but I do know that the wraps are 7-9 points. Their spicy dressing is good, but it does add calories that I don't need. I use my own salsa on them if I am at home. If I am on the road, I just skip the dressing. They are still very good without the dressing.

Kelly, I do believe Fast Food isn't so bad if your mindful about what your ordering. A little impulse control can work miracles.
I rarely order off the menu without costumizing it. I have seasons, sauces, and cheese taken off. Right there most of the naughtiness is knocked down considerably. And, it also forces them to make it fresh just for me :)

Restaurants out here in California have to list all the calories by law now. Don't know if you ever watched Biggest loser, but they talk about eating out all the time. Doing what you said, asking the waiter/waitress to cook it a certain way. Sometimes the cooks screw it up. They're used to cooking a certain way though. But most the time they get it right.
Happy Girl- I don't think we do have ChickFilA here....bummer!!!

That is so true- about the freshness part as well. I would do that when I was ordering the "bad food" like a Wendy's drive through also. I'd ask for no lettuce or tomato or no ketchup so I'd have a fresh burger.

Jake- I don't watch that show, but I am tired of hearing people use the excuse that "I have to eat out all the time" as to why they eat too much.
