Divest from Israel--California Citizen initiative 10-0020

A press conference was held in front of the Israeli Consulate in Los Angeles, California, on September 8th, 2010, to launch California Citizen initiative "Divestment of State Retirement Fund from Israel Act" #10-0020. The initiative proposes to divest $1.5 billion invested in at least eight companies that support the Israeli government's illegal activities against Palestinian people.

Awesome! The dominoes are falling.. the BDS (boycott divestment sanctions) campaign is picking up steam.. more and more of the world is disgusted by Israel's unrelenting crimes against the Palestinian people.
