So true and It's kinda sad that even though China has a rich and unique culture, "Taiwanese" people who are "Anti-Communist" are taking it to the extreme and can't even acknowledge their Chinese heritage.

I LOVE Taiwan and Taiwanese.
They have great hospitality. And thanks for offering relief money to Japan.

We are now in the middle of an English class and we were watching this beautiful video on the Taiwan Lantern Festival. I have just asked the students to write comments, too, which they actually are doing. Love for the Taiwanese people.

Hey guess what, Christmas, newyear, easter, all that stuff, are non-Han tradition. Does that mean Chinese who celebrate those holidays are no longer Chinese but American/English/whateveR?
No it doesn't.
Taiwan is a seperate state, and a seperate nation. China just can't accept it, which isn't the problem of the Taiwanese, but that of China. Hell, how can you even claim that Taiwan belongs to China when they have missiles pointed at them 24/7/365.
