Hi i was watching one of your video and you mention alldaychemist i went to there website and the prices are really cheap my question is how many vials do i need for 40 days and did u get the 2000 iu or the 5000 iu and what all did u need to purchase from them and most important do i need to mix anything

@dezlipz39 I get the hucog 5000ius hcg brand. It depends on whether you are doing injections or sublingual will depend on how many vials you need. I always order 3 vials for injections and sublingual both will last 40 days.

Congrats Girlie :-) This is my 1st vlcd ever!!, I'm natural too and I have a question, do you still use conditioners or oils on your hair while on phase 2? Your hair looks soo healthy and pretty. keep up the great work!

@hilllakysha I do not change my hair products while on hcg I keep doing what I was doing before. It has worked for me. It may be different for you so be careful.
