Palin thinks the planet Earth was created in six days 6,000 years ago complete with a man, a woman and a talking snake. She wants schools to teach our kids to deny geology, anthropology, archaeology. She's forcing her daughter into a marriage to a teenage hood, and wants us to guide our daughters in that direction. Palin says women shouldn't have the right to choose, and it should be the law of the land that she has to deliver her rapists baby. Oh, she can see Russia from her house!

Right. She thinks it's a ludicrous suggestion, a "hockey mom" suddenly being thrust into such a world. McCain now obviously thinks nothing of her then-sensible judgement about selecting a VP, which means unless she has entirely reframed her own "abilities" she and McCain must logically disagree on her being selected! She didn't sound like someone who could be easily convinced she was qualified, not then, anyway.
