0MC is such a sweet plane! It requires way less effort and is so much more responsive than 3VR! I love it!
I flew about 6 hours with 0MC! The G1000 is so easy to handle but I choose to learn flying on steam gauges! I figure out that from steam to glass would be easier than if I have to go the other way!
And the likelyhood that I can afford a steam gauge airplane versus a glass panel makes the training on steam a must!

Yes it is! It's a 1977 Cessna 172N Skyhawk. They have equipped it with Garmin 396 GPS with XM weather!
