Maybe you should familiarize yourself with the case before you comment on it?
Singer won his case against the state in regards to homeschooling his children. His legal troubles came from not complying with a perfectly constitutional divorce decree in regards to child custody.
It's your ignorance about this case, obviously, that is making you a Singer supporter.

@lesterclaypool1 what the ???? Government can come in and take your kids away if you don't educate them according to our specifications is where exactly in the constitution ?
-
@lesterclaypool1 True

Our race dying out is not, nor has it ever been an issue.
Our way of life will die out because we will allow people, of all colors, to bring their political agenda into our secular society by calling it a religion.
-
The geographical reality of my experience has introduced me to more black Christians than white. Liberalism 101 invites people of all colors into our secular society who mask their political agenda as "religion".
Race, or lack thereof, will not be the downfall of western society. Its downfall will be the liberal mindset that allows the politics of Islam to gain a foothold because they don't want to hurt the Muhammadans feelings.

While your grandfather broke the law, the laws that were broken don't carry a death sentence as punishment.
This is a textbook example of horrible behavior on the part of law enforcement toward the very people that they are charged with serving and protecting.
Do yourself the favor of not letting your anger about this cloud your ability to repair this broken system.
-
The laws that he broke were constitutionally sound and in no way unjust. That being said, a death sentence as punishment is in no way justified by the laws that he did break.
-
True, but to be fair the laws that he broke did not warrant a death sentence as punishment.
It was a horrible situation that was allowed to escalate due to inefficient law enforcement.
-
Your husband's family followed the same fundamental Mormon doctrine that Warren Jeffs sect follows.
The truth doesn't anger me, why should it anger you?
-
@destiny83452 But the laws he broke were not unjust laws.
fuck the state
