@dreamreality07 Bad example. Where in the constitution does it say you have the right to vote? Note that the Constitution never explicitly ensures the right to vote, as it does the right to speech, for example. It was designed such that, if you where able to vote for state legislature, then you can vote in House, or Senate elections. Thus strengthening the states power over the federal government. It is still state regulated.

1. If you're talking about the definiton of marriage, then your argument is stupid. Not so long ago the definiton of voter was white male but now females and different races can vote. We don't base our actions of definitions but definitons are based of off our actions. Once gay marriage is legalised the definiton will change. 2. God cannot be proven and it should have nothing to do with law as not everyone is Christian, secondly God does not endorse liars yet they can still marry.

arguing that same sex marriage does not effect any heterosexual marriage except those that should never have happened due to one or both partners hiding inner feelings of homosexuality however is a valid argument. Therefore giving it no plausible reason to remain illegal.

Married same sex couples can procreate just not naturally. Stem cell research will perfect the process very soon.

it does not exist for gays because marriage was designed for straight people all those hundreds of years ago. furthermore it is meant to normally be a religious thing done in the prescence of God who join the two people. and so since God did not endorse gay marriage it thereforte cant work.
