I don't know how long you've owned Clyde but from experience, he may be plucking because he's in that dark corner. You need to put his cage where he has direct sunlight.
Also, he may be allergic to the food you are feeding him. I suggest Zupreem Maintenence.

Clyde was a plucker when I got him, I did a full comprehensive workup on him to evaluate any possible underlying health conditions that may be causing the plucking. But the work up indicated that it was behavioral. So, I tried behavior modification techniques, he also has an "Ott" light on a timer, his toys are rotated, his diet has been changed and as well as pharmacological options were ruled out as well.

So, I have come to the conclusion that he is happy to be a nudist and rather than torture him in attempts to make me feel better about the way he looks, I will provide him with all that he needs and let him be happy as a naked little bird. :) Thank you for your concern and suggestions .
