From my personal experience, Croton has the worse customer service in the watch industry (perhaps following Invicta a close second). I sent two watches for repair (the bracelets inexplicably started rusting in their boxes) and never got them back. After 7-months and after threatening a lawsuit, I received to replacement watches with broken bands Because the watches had been discontinued. These were the Croton G-10's.
