If we don't count that glitch in Lost Valley in TRA when you can complete the level in 0:00, then yes.

Yes, it's PC version.
Regular corner bugs work on PS, not sure about exit trigger-bug.

Could you please explain, what's that glitch when you use binoculars to end the level? I tried googling for it (tomb raider binoculars glitch), but all I've found is pretty much nothing.
