@seekermichael007 I'm from Canada and my OES has his tail still and love it... I find they look better with tails anyways. If and when I get another OES it will be one with a tail again
@undaamene it is very disgusting for every bobtail to have a tail and mostly if it is covered with a lot of fur, because it becomes very unsanitary and it can cause illness to the dogs, plus when the tail is docked it is at 2 or 3 days after birth, and they don;t get hurt, it would be very sad if people docks the tail after this time
@seekermichael007: Shame on you for docking the tails and making it harder for your dogs to communicate with others. As if it wasn't difficult enough with all the fur covering the body and the face. Cruel traditions should be stopped.
Shame on you continental europeans for not docking the "bobtails" tail. Shame ! You are ruining the breed and tradition of this weonderful animal developed in Britain. What you are creating is something else.

i dont understand why it is illegal if dogs don't get hurt if the tail is docked on the first days of birth, it should be illegal after this time.

I thought their tail was suppose to be real puffy too? Did you trim the tail hair? Or is it naturally like that?

@Monty1994 here in sweden it's ilegal to cut the tail off of dogs so I think they look weird wihtout it =P
